By accessing or using atomregistry.com and its associated pages (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Atom Registry is a frontend-only blockchain data explorer that provides read-only access to publicly available data from Cosmos SDK blockchain networks. Specifically, the Service:

• Displays block, transaction, validator, governance, IBC, and asset data retrieved from public blockchain REST endpoints
• Provides search functionality for blocks, transactions, wallet addresses, and validator addresses
• Displays price data retrieved from third-party APIs such as CoinGecko
• Provides a CosmWasm smart contract query interface for publicly readable contract state

The Service does not:

• Process, hold, transmit, or custody any cryptocurrency or digital assets
• Execute or broadcast transactions on any blockchain
• Provide wallet functionality, private key management, or signing capabilities
• Offer financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed

3.1 PERMITTED USE

You may use the Service for lawful purposes to view and research publicly available blockchain data. You may access the Service through a web browser as intended.

3.2 PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to systematically extract data from the Service at a rate that disrupts performance for other users
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or technical measures implemented by the Service or by third-party node providers
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including violations of securities laws, money laundering regulations, or sanctions
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data associated with the Service
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual, including by using wallet address lookup features for surveillance or stalking purposes
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service's source code or design without permission

All data displayed by Atom Registry is retrieved in real time from public blockchain REST endpoints operated by third parties. We do not control these endpoints and cannot guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of data returned by third-party nodes
• The availability, uptime, or response time of any endpoint
• That data displayed is the most current state of the blockchain at any given moment
• That any specific chain, endpoint, or feature will remain available indefinitely

Blockchain data is inherently complex. Finality, re-orgs, upgrade transitions, and node-specific behaviors can result in temporary inconsistencies. Do not make financial decisions based solely on data displayed by Atom Registry without independent verification.

The Atom Registry name, logo, visual design, and source code are the intellectual property of Atom Registry and its contributors. The design system, layout, and presentation layer are proprietary.

Blockchain data itself is public record and is not owned by Atom Registry. Protocol names, chain names, and validator names are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Atom Registry interface or brand assets without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for educational or research purposes is generally permitted provided attribution is given.

The Service relies on and links to third-party services including public blockchain nodes, CoinGecko, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare. These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Atom Registry is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party service.

External links provided in the footer and documentation sections of the Service are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or make any representations about any linked website.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATOM REGISTRY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATOM REGISTRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Atom Registry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atom Registry and its contributors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
